Complaints prodedure.

On this page, you can find out how to report a complaint, comment, or other issue. You can file a complaint for a product as well as service or handling of your products. We are open to improvements, if you have an improvement but no complaint you may give it up through the same channels.

1. Answer time limits:

dutchcolour has the following time limits to deal with your complaint, question or comment:

  • Reply to your complaint within 2 business days
  • Substantive answers will be given to you as soon as possible but within 14 days at the latest
  • Returns will be answered within 2 business days and a shipping label sent

2. Returns

Returns can be signed up in a number of ways:

Within the Netherlands you are entitled to a free return, we will send you a transmission label. Outside the Netherlands, we will send you the information you can return to.

3. Guarantee

You can specify issues with your product through the following channels:

You will be notified within 2 business days whether we can take your warranty call-in or if there is still any information missing.

We handle warranty complaints within 14 business days.

4. Complaints about service and/or product

If you have a complaint about the shipment of a service and/or product, you can submit your complaint through the following channels:

We will handle your complaint within 2 working days. If your complaint leads to a return request, we will use the beginning date of your complaint as the date on which the 14 day return period will be determined.
Such as:
You order a product on 1-1-2020 and have a complaint on 13-1-2020 and on 15-1-2020 it is noted that a revocation is required. then you will receive the revocation following the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Dissatisfied with our products? You can't get out?

Of course, we're sorry you can't get out. You have every right as a consumer to engage a dispute resolution committee.
